Pumpkin Carriage Ride White Hot Chocolate

Dearest friends and fae,

we may have entered into a new year, but the magic of wintertide is still upon us. If you happen to be in an area where you are able to experience winter to its fullest, you are likely being greeted with crisp, air and tiny glimmering snowflakes. Lucky you!

We strive to live out each season to the fullest here at Gilded Coach Teas, and that means bringing you all new seasonal recipes and activities to accompany each shift in the weather. Therefore, what better time to indulge in the warmth of a comforting cup of hot chocolate than right now?

In 2022 the GCT fairies and fae collaborated with our dear friend Cinderella to bring you all a, princess approved, French hot chocolate (or chocolat chaud). The result was a rich and creamy, dark hot chocolate infused with our beloved Once Upon a Time {Hazelnut and French vanilla crème} black tea.

For those of you that prefer a more traditional hot chocolate, we highly recommend going to give that recipe a try.

We recognize that we are quite overdue for a new tea infused hot chocolate recipe, so this year we have turned to Cinderella‘s fairy godmother for assistance in creating something new. This recipe contains our newest, Pumpkin Carriage Ride tea inspired by the very gilded coach that she transformed for Cinderella the night that she met the prince. There is truly no better expert in when it came to discovering everything that a pumpkin could be transformed into in all the enchanted kingdoms. If you’re unfamiliar with Pumpkin Carriage Ride, you should know that it is a rooibos chai, perfectly spiced and tasting of a warm pumpkin tartlet - freshly baked from the oven of cooking talent, fairies.

We knew that this pumpkin chai would blend perfectly into a white hot chocolate.
